Refund policy

Refund terms at Claya depend on what you've purchased.

Pottery Classes

• 5 or more days before your class starts — Full refund to the original payment method.
• Less than 5 days before your class starts — Full amount as Claya store credit, valid toward any future class, tool, or membership purchase.
• After the class has started — No refund or credit is issued.
• Missed individual meetings within a multi-week session are not refundable or transferable.
• Exceptions for illness, injury, or emergency are considered at Claya's discretion. Reach out at info@clayastudios.com.

Timing is based on the class start time in Denver (America/Denver) on the cutoff calendar date.

How to request a class refund or store credit. Submit a request at clayastudios.com/pages/cancel-a-pottery-class. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Studio Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and are cancelled, not refunded. We do not prorate or refund partial months. For example, if your billing date is the 5th and you cancel on the 20th, your access continues through the next billing date and there's no refund for unused time.
