Cancel a Pottery Class
Here is how cancellation works, and how to cancel or switch your class.
Cancel 5+ days before class start: refund to your original payment method, less a $12 cancellation fee. Cutoff is 11:59 PM (Denver time) on the day that is 5 calendar days before your class day.
Cancel less than 5 days before class start: full store credit (good for 6 months from the day it is issued) — works toward any future class, tool, or membership.
Once the class has started: no refund or store credit. That said, please still come! If you missed the first session, you're absolutely welcome to attend the remaining classes. We can easily catch you up to speed and have a lot of fun.

How to find your cutoff
Your cutoff is 11:59 PM on the day exactly 5 days before your class. Here's the quick lookup:

Worked example. Your class starts Monday at 6:00 PM. Cancel by 11:59 PM the prior Wednesday for a refund less the $12 fee. Cancel after Wednesday night but before class starts → full store credit. Cancel after class begins → no refund or credit.
Multi-week series: the cutoff is based on the first session. Once that cutoff passes, the whole series moves to store credit.
