Denver Pottery Studio • RiNo Arts District
Claya is a pottery studio in Denver's RiNo Arts District. We teach wheel throwing and handbuilding, and we give members their own key to the place.
Claya was built for people who want a consistent place to make pottery: room to learn the fundamentals, and room to keep working once you have them. The studio is set up so that a first-time student and someone with years at the wheel can both get what they need from the same space.
Two ways in
Classes. Six-week wheel throwing courses take you from your first lump of clay to finished, glazed pieces. You will learn centering, pulling walls, trimming, handles, and glazing. Handbuilding classes cover pinch, coil, and slab work. Browse class sessions →
Membership. Members get their own keycode to the studio, a personal shelf, and use of the wheels, slab roller, glazes, and kilns. Membership details →
