Your first visit to a pottery studio in Denver shouldn’t feel like a sales pitch. At Claya in RiNo, walk-ins during shop hours get warm walkthrough energy — wheels, shelves, glaze wall, kilns — the real studio, not a staged tour product. We’ll show you around, answer questions, and help you figure out whether a one-night try-it, a multi-week class, or membership is your move.

What to wear
Clothes you don’t mind getting clay on. Closed-toe shoes are happiest around wheels and wet floors. Skip the white linen and the fancy bag — aprons help, but clay still finds a way. Bring curiosity; we’ll handle tools and the rest of the intro.

Come during shop hours for a walkthrough, membership agreement + keycode, or just to peek at the space:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

How membership signup works
Ready for your own shelf and keycode access?
- Start online — Standard membership is $160/month. (Founding membership is sold out.)
- Come in during shop hours (or by appointment) to sign the agreement and get your keycode set up. We’ll walk you through the studio then.
- Access begins on that visit. Once you’re signed and keyed, members get 24/7 studio access.
We ask for at least one beginner class (or equivalent experience) before membership so you can work safely on your own. Details and checkout live on the Studio Membership page.

That’s perfect — start smaller:

Do I need to book a tour?
Nope. We don’t sell formal studio tours. Swing by during shop hours and we’ll show you around with the same energy we’d want on our first visit.
Can I just look around?
Yes — during shop hours. If the floor is mid-class, we may ask you to peek from the shop side first; we’ll still make time to talk.
When does membership access start?
After you purchase Standard ($160) online and complete agreement + keycode in person during shop hours (or by appointment). Access begins on that visit; then you’re 24/7.
Is founding membership still available?
Founding is sold out. Standard membership at $160/month is the path online.
