Start your pottery journey

Beginner Pottery Wheel Classes

Join a 4-week Intro to Wheel Throwing class to meet fellow potters and learn a new art form. Class meets for 2 hours each week for 4 consecutive weeks at our pottery studio in RiNo, Denver.

Guided by an experienced potter, you'll learn the skills needed to throw cups and bowls, the building blocks of a lifelong practice.

Open Studio hours for students

Open Pottery Studio

While enrolled in any pottery class at Claya, you can visit our studio anytime outside of ongoing class hours. Unlimited studio time to experiment with new forms and meet other members and students.

Intermediate Wheel Throwing

Throw taller, more varied cylindrical forms in this Intermediate Wheel Throwing class. Learn to make lids, wider serving bowls, and get help on your latest projects. This class meets for 2 hours each week for 4 consecutive weeks.
