Cancel a Pottery Class	Step 1: Fill out the Cancellation Request Form at the bottom of this page. Step 2: Automatically receive a full refund. Note: Please cancel at least 4 days before the pottery class begins to receive a full refund.
Reschedule a Pottery Class	Step 1: Cancel your pottery class at least 4 days before it begins. Step 2: You will receive a full refund for the class you registered for. Step 3: Sign up for a new pottery class that fits your schedule.

Request must be made 4 days before class begins.
To submit a cancellation request, you will need your "Order ID #" — which was included in the subject line of your class confirmation email. If you need to search your email inbox, every class confirmation email includes the phrase "Claya Pottery Class" in the subject line.
